I don’t know how many pages I require. What should I do?

Our service offering is based on the fact that it’s not possible for anyone to accurately estimate the work that will go into designing a website. Quoting on a project basis (a.k.a. “Custom quote”) is risky for you as a customer because you might end of paying lot more than the actual work that is involved, while selling packaged web design service bears a similar risk for the agency. “Pay-Per-Page” is win-win solution for both the client and the agency.

Thus, we allow our customers to start small and then expand upon it. With us, you can literally build your website, one page at a time. Just order the minimum number of pages that you know will be required and get started.

What if I want to change the number of pages that I have ordered?

If you end up using lesser number of the pages than you had initially ordered, you will see the adjustment reflected in your final invoice, while if you need more that the number of the pages that you have initially order, you can simply notify us and it will be reflected in your final invoice.

Why are your prices so low?

How many revisions will I get?

We offer up-to 2 revisions on home page designs and a revision on inner page designs

What if I am not happy with the design?

It has never happened that we have not been able to satisfy any client’s requirement. However, in case you are unhappy, we will issue you a prompt refund.

I have just made a payment, what’s next?

Who supplies the images required for my website?

As owner of the project, you have to supply images required for the website. But we can help you choose reliable and affordable sources for images.

Can you please describe about the image usage policy in details?

Any sort of images which are to be used in your web project need to be provided by you. If you don't have specific images, then we may download pictures from Stock Photo websites, and use them in the website with the 'Watermark' imprint.

When the design is finalized we will be providing you an intimation mentioning the ID/reference numbers of the images used. You have to purchase them and send us to get those implemented in the design. You can also provide this responsibility to us for buying the images from Stock photo Websites (mentioned below) as we possess a registered account. Since the website is your sole personal property, you should be liable for acquiring any license and usage policy of images for commercial use. Indus Net will not be responsible for any issues relating to copyright infringement in future. We use images from istockphoto.com and bigstockphoto.com as per requirement of the design in varied sizes and the price range for them is generally $1-$2 per image, which is suitable enough to be used for websites. So, if you have decided to use 8-10 images for your website, you'll be paying around $10-$20 approx* additional for them.

How will we communicate?

We communicate over Email, Phone, Instant Messengers (gTalk, MSN, Skype, AOL and Yahoo). In some instances we have also used Basecamp for our clients.

What’s your typical turnaround time on projects?

Provided, the communication with the client is regular, we can deliver a 5-7 page website in less than a week.

I am doing this for my client, do you provide any white label service?

Yes. In fact, a lot of work that we do is for other web design agencies based in USA, EU and Australia. Our service can be entirely private labeled and we can serve as your backoffice while you spend your time in getting more clients.

Will you sign an NDA?

Yes. We can provide you with our standard NDA template, in case you don’t have one ready!

I already have a website, can I still hire you guys?

Yes. Our service model can be applied in same manner to web site redesign projects as for new design projects.

Do you use freelancers?

No. Any designer that will ever work on your project will be our full time employee – that is the only way we know to ensure quality and timely delivery.

How will the project be managed?

As soon as your payment has been verified, we will allocate you a project manager who will serve as your primary point of communication and ensure timely and satisfactory delivery.

What will be the work process?
  1. Work Request: You will confirm the project by ordering a specific number of pages.
  2. Confirmation: We send you a confirmation upon verifying the payment and allocate a project manager.
  3. Work: We do the work, perform QA testing and send to you for review.
  4. Revisions: You send us any revisions and we finish the work.
  5. Billing: Upon completion of the project the final invoice will be sent to you.
  6. Delivery: As soon as all the accounts are settled, we will upload the website to your hosting server.
How and when do I pay?

You will need to make 50% advance deposit at the time of starting the project and the balance can be paid during delivery.

Don’t have Paypal, can I pay via credit card?

Do you offer a refund if I'm not happy?

Yes. If you are not happy with the work then we will issue you a prompt refund.

Can I have some references?
